We want you to love your hair results; if you are not completely satisfied with your Keratin Complex purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and at least half-full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and securely pack your salon-grade products.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original packing slip is included inside for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
